AV86 1954 Amalfi Mechanical, £339

Inspired by the Italian Riviera’s golden age and wearing the reference proudly, the 1954 Amalfi is a 36mm dress watch in gold-plated stainless steel with a domed sapphire crystal, off-white sandblasted dial, classic Arabic numerals and a sub-seconds register at six. Inside, a Seagull ST17 hand-wound movement with 39 hours of power reserve. The brown lizard-print leather strap completes the picture.

Jack Mason Canton Day-Date, $1,849 (approx. £1,380)

The new Canton Day-Date pairs a milled guilloché dial with a day display that curves along the top and a date at six under a sapphire crystal with its own magnifier. Inside is the SW240-1 automatic, running at 28,800vph with a 38-hour reserve in a 41mm case rated to 150m. A Lone Star emblem and gold PVD rotor tip a hat to the brand’s Dallas roots. Available in Slate, Lagoon and Chocolate.

Mudita Radiant, From £605

A watch for minimalists, the Radiant trades logos for legibility: just a Sellita SW 200 Elaboré automatic accurate to ±7-20 seconds a day and a 41-hour reserve. The brushed 316L steel case, built with Chrono AG in Solothurn, carries a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and Super-LumiNova BGW9 on the dial. Three case sizes – 32mm, 37mm and 40mm – and six nature-toned dials, from Natural White to Pebble Gray, come with vegan quick-release straps and 100m water resistance.

Vario VERSA Reversible Single Time White Tuxedo, $498 (approx. £375)

The VERSA’s Tuxedo edition packs two distinct dial faces into a single 41.5mm tonneau-shaped case. The Miyota 6T28 automatic sits behind a display caseback with a custom rotor, running at 28,800vph with a 40-hour reserve and 50m water resistance, while a flat sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating keeps the mirrored-stripe dial glare-free. It’s fitted with a vegetable-tanned Italian leather strap on a deployant clasp. A limited run, so it won’t stick around.

Maystone Skybreaker Chronograph, £299

Birds of prey lend the Skybreaker Chronograph both its name and its attitude, arriving as only Maystone’s second collection to date. The VK63 meca-quartz chronograph sits inside a 40mm case – 48mm lug-to-lug, 11.5mm thick – with integrated bracelet styling and 100m water resistance. Three colourways lead the launch: Peregrine Falcon, Blue Eagle and Steppe Eagle.
