The Trident Lumière was one of Christopher Ward’s stand out dive watches from 2024 – it was voted best dive watch of the year by the OT community in that year’s Oracle Time Watch Awards. Now they’ve partnered up with horological YouTuber Bark & Jack to present a new rendition of the ‘ultimate dive watch’ inspired by Adrian Barker’s love for heritage dive watches. The resulting watch is the C60 Trident Lumière ‘Green Fifteen’ x B&J.
At its core, this collaboration watch takes the framework of the modern Trident Lumière and asks the question: What if it was a military dive watch from the 1950s/60s? Of course the most famous military dive watch from that period is the Rolex Milsub, one of Adrian’s personal favourite vintage watches. So you can see the Milsub DNA throughout the C60 Trident Lumière ‘Green Fifteen’ x B&J.

To begin with, the case is largely unaltered compared to the standard Lumière. It measures 41mm in diameter with a thickness of 10.85mm and a water resistance rating of 300m, making it a professional dive watch. However, the first of the major updates comes on the unidirectional bezel. It now features a full 60-minute graduation rather than the primary 5 minute intervals on the previous versions. It makes it much more granular, adding more accuracy to its timing capabilities, which is why this style was used on the Milsub.

At the same time, the bezel introduces a second colour of lume to the display. While the majority of the globolight markings on the dial and bezel are blue, the first 15 minutes of the bezel are green – hence the name ‘Green Fifteen’. It emphasises the first 15 minutes of a dive, if you’re tracking elapsed time, or the various decompression stops you may have to make on resurfacing. It also simply looks cool when viewed in the dark.
I briefly mentioned the globolight hour markers and those have been updated as well. Instead of the uniform baton markers of the original with a single triangle at 12, we now have the traditional Milsub style display with triangle, baton and circle markers. It’s designed to make reading the display at any angle underwater easier due to its more obvious orientation. The dial also has a much smoother grain to it, making the contrast clearer.

As a collaboration with Bark & Jack, their logo can be found on the dial, though it remains hidden most of the time. It’s located below the central handstack in UV activated paint. What that means is that it is only visible when you shine a UV torch on it, which is crucially different to lume that naturally glows in the dark. The watch is helpfully provided with a UV torch so you can try it out.

Powering this collaboration is the Sellita SW300-1 automatic COSC chronometer movement. It has a 56-hour power reserve and an accuracy of -4/+6 seconds per day. It’s also protected by a solid steel caseback that features the B&J logo and a hobnail style finish inspired by the handle of a knife owned by Adrian’s grandfather.
The C60 Trident Lumière ‘Green Fifteen’ x B&J is priced at £2,150. It is a limited edition but rather than having a specific quantity, it has a limited order window from today until 12th February, 3pm GMT. Not to brag too much but it’s a system CW have implemented on collaboration watches since the CW x Oracle Time Dune Shoreline sold out incredibly fast.
