Oceaneva 6,000m Deep Marine Explorer VI Giveaway

Oceaneva 6000m Deep Marine Explorer VI

I might be a little bias but there are a huge number of reasons to become an Oracle Time Club member. Receiving 10 gorgeous print issues of Oracle Time Magazine, chock full of the latest watch news, reviews and stories straight to your door is only the beginning. You’ll receive invites to exclusive industry events, gain access to exclusive brand discounts and just by being a member you’re entered into our quarterly membership wristwatch giveaway. Our spring giveaway of the Orient Bambino 75th Anniversary has just ended meaning it’s time to reveal the watch up for grabs this summer: The Oceaneva 6,000m Deep Marine Explorer VI.

Oceaneva 6000m Deep Marine Explorer VI

Off the bat, the Oceaneva 6,000m Deep Marine Explorer VI is an absolute specs monster. As the name states, it has a water resistance rating of 6,000m, which puts it into the big leagues of dive watches alongside titans like the Rolex Deep Sea and Omega Ultra Deep. It’s a seriously impressive feat, and one thrown into stark clarity by the fact it has a pre-sale price of just £688. To put that into context that works out to 11 pence per metre!

However, the chances of you actually making use of that insane water resistance are admittedly fairly low. The average depth of the ocean is 3,700m, let alone 6,000m. Fortunately, it is just as impactful on land, whether you’re in the boardroom or down the highstreet. A major factor in that is the size because it is unavoidably large. It measures 44mm x 18.2mm, which will immediately rule it out for people with preferences for vintage proportions. You shouldn’t dismiss it outright though because with its titanium construction it weighs the same as a much smaller steel watch.

The model we’re giving away features a Damascus style bezel with undulating ripples across its surface and a vertical blue-black gradient dial featuring wave pattern. It’s a classic colourway in dive watch circles, conjuring images of the inky depths far below the surface. It remains readable thanks to oversize hour markers coated with lume. The specific arrangement of circle, triangle and rectangle markers pays homage to the Rolex Submariner, one of the most famous watch archetypes (let alone dive watches) in history.

Inside, the Oceaneva 6,000m Deep Marine Explorer VI houses the Sellita SW200 automatic movement. A common workhorse movement used across the breadth of the industry for its accessibility and convenience. It’s not flashy but it’s widely used for good reason. It’s protected by a solid caseback that’s engraved with its limited edition number of 01/50 because each colourway is restricted to just 50 pieces.

In order to be in with a chance to win the watch, sign up to become an Oracle Time Club member before September 30th, 2025. It’s as simple as that. Plus, the watch comes in a seriously cool waterproof carry case with commemorative medallion, cord accessory and metallic certificate of authenticity.

  • Incredible watch and review. Anyone would be proud to own such a beautiful piece. I am writing as my brother who is in the hospital for the last 20 months saw this on the Oceaneva website and wanted to enter for the chance to win. Keep up the great work at Oracle

  • I have a couple Oceaneva’s, and they’re all great watches. In fact, a few of my friends have commented on them so I have given three of them away to friends who fell in love with them and could definitely add a new one collection.

  • Found this awesome site through a link provided by Oceaneva, Would love the watch but I already a winner as this site rocks as I am a complete watch nerd! Great to be aboard

  • Looks awesome. And the specs are pretty amazing. I would love to obtain one, however it’s out of reach for now.
