1. THE SAVOY (STRAND)
Always a classic stop for a postwork cocktail, can The Savoy get any better? Well, yes, it can, thanks to a re-imagining of the cuisine at Kaspar’s at The Savoy. A newly appointed team has taken the Art Deco restaurant in an intriguing new direction, which focuses on contemporary seasonal dishes for perfect simplicity.
2. NEVERLAND (FULHAM)
Fulham Beach Club may not be in the location you would expect, but it has all the necessary criteria. Golden sand, cabanas, day beds, al fresco dining pop-ups and bottomless brunch? Tick tick tick. With the calendar for summer packed full of events and parties, it’ll be a fun spot from which to while away the sunny hours.
3. MOONSHINE SALOON (KING’S ROAD)

New immersive Western cocktail bar, Moonshine Saloon, is already proving a popular addition to the King’s Road. Open for bookings for four months, it invites guests to smuggle in their own liquor for the bartenders, who will create personalised moonshine cocktails. Expect card games, costumes and a stringent sheriff. Naughty.
4. SPRITZ & GIGGLES (BROADGATE)

Surely one of the more appealing pop-ups this summer, Spritz & Giggles serves – you guessed it – Aperol Spritz from an expansive terrace in Broadgate. No doubt it’ll go down nicely with the city crowd.
