Adler Suprema

Alder have been very vocal about their love for yachting but even more so in their dislike for traditional modern yachts. The team of automotive, aviation and marine specialists have come up with the 76-foot Suprema as an example of their idea of what contemporary yachting should look like.

Launching at the U.S. Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show later this year, the Suprema is the first flybridge yacht of its size built with a HMS hybrid engine (twin 1,150 hp Caterpillar diesels with two 100 kW e-unit electric motors), propelling it to an impressive 11 knots with barely any vibration noise and zero emissions. It’s also the first vessel of its category to be made from carbon fiber and is capable of transatlantic range.

Because of its size it might be considered cosy for a superyacht but an open-plan contemporary design by naval architect Carlo Nuvolari and designer Dan Lenard helps to balance this. It also features all the luxuries you’d want for relaxing or partying including heated floors, chilled drink holders, a full screen home cinema system with internet/satellite connection and an outdoor showerwww.adleryacht.com
