Is there any more high-octane combination than carbon fibre and bright red? Maybe, just don’t let SEVENFRIDAY know; the off-kilter accessible watchmaker is revving their crimson-tinted engine with their latest release, the P3C/04 Red Carbon.
The new P3C/O4 is pure SEVENFRIDAY, from the idiosyncratic open dial to the NFC chip embedded inside for authentication. This is a more serious, racing take on the formula though, with a typically oversized, 47.6mm x 47mm blacked-out, carbon fibre bezel and bright red ring highlighting the watch’s cushion shape.

The theme doesn’t stop there. The brand name, speedometer-inspired chapter ring and all the indexes are highlighted in red, against a background of more carbon fibre. The whole thing is set on an intensely red strap made from competition strength seatbelt material, finished with a SEVENFRIDAY UV signature.

Powered by a Miyota 82S7 movement with a 40-hour power reserve, the P3C/04 Carbon Red isn’t anything ground-breaking; it’s just a twist on the tried and true SEVENFRIDAY formula. That doesn’t stop it being almost painfully cool, though.
