Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Nürburgring Limited Edition

The Nürburgring might be the proving ground for many an extreme supercar, but it’s not all about hitting 200mph as soon as possible. Alfa Romeo has been setting records aplenty, first with their Giulia Quadrifoglio (alas the record’s now Jaguar’s) and the Stelvio Quadrifoglio, which still holds the record for SUV.

To celebrate records old and new, Alfa Romeo is releasing both cars in a limited edition of 108, one for each year in the marque’s history, with a brand new look. The cars will come with every extra available to the already packed Quadrifoglio models, but in an entirely new colour scheme reflective of the legendary tarmac of the race course.

Alfa Romeo’s Stelvio Quadrifoglio recently broke the record for the fastest Nürburgring SUV lap.

Each car will be fitted with a new NRING badge to honour the occasion and will be the only models in Alfa’s range in Circuito Grey, matching both the track and unfortunate colour of the sky at the Nürburgring. The colour scheme will continue inside where it will be met with plenty of carbon fibre trim to hammer home the cars’ performance credentials.

They might have the same performance as the standard Quadrifoglio editions, but that’s no bad thing. 0-60 in less than four seconds is insane no matter how you look at it. That both the Giulia and Stelvio are available in a new collector-centric colour scheme is just the icing on the cake.
