Horage are one of the most intriguing independent brands in the past year with the launch of a series of revolutionary movements and designs between the Revolution 3 MicroReg and K3 movement in the DecaFlux. However, the watch that really put them on the radar for me personally was the Lensman 2 Exposure from 2023, a distinctive dual time zone watch with a photography inspired display. Now though, they’re doubling down on that dual time zone aspect of the watch by releasing a worldtimer edition, the Horage Lensman 2 Globe.

It’s a natural progression of the collection. The K2 micro-rotor with 24-hour module is a great movement with its COSC certification, 72-hour power reserve and -4/+6 seconds per day accuracy, so highlighting it with a model dedicated to its core functions makes a lot of sense. On the Exposure model, the 24-hour display and GMT hand were essentially unnecessary, though still appreciated, additions to the design. With the Globe they now take centre stage.

The light blue dial features a central 12-hour display with hour, minutes and seconds, around which is then a 24-hour scale with day/night indication corresponding to the yellow GMT hand. Finally, beyond that is the worldtimer display (Horage’s first) with 24 prominent cities from around the world, allowing you to tell the time across timezones in a single glance. It’s what makes the worldtimer one of the best travel complications around.

Adding emphasis to the display is the variety of finishes across the dial with the central disc sunray brushed, matte GMT scale and circular brushed worldtimer. The range of finishes continues to the distinctive tonneau case, which is made with an anodized, matte black, aluminium interior and polished titanium exoskeleton. It measures 39mm in width, 45.8mm lug-to-lug and 9.98mm in thickness, making it well-proportioned on the wrist.

I think this is a mature direction for the collection to take. While the Exposure is undoubtedly characterful, it is a very niche and very busy design – the Horage Lensman 2 Globe by comparison is much less cluttered with a broader appeal. Pre-orders for the watch are open between 28th August – 30th September 2025 at an early bird price of CHF 4,990 (approx. £4,600), following which the retail price will be CHF 5,450 (approx. £5,025).
